I recently purchased a new Benz from this dealership (not the first, by any means). I have always been impressed with their service and find they always go the extra mile to help and make things simple.

The staff is always there for my needs.

I recently purchased a used car from Mercedes-Benz Kamloops and was super impressed with my service. Right from the test drive, to the day I picked up my car which I might add was the fastest signing of papers I have ever experienced! All of the staff are organized, friendly and so helpful. Norm took time to walk me through the whole car, set up my phone through Bluetooth and made me feel confident in my new car driving it off the lot. I had noticed a bit of a burning smell once I had parked it in my garage and thought it was probably cleaners or such burning off as my car had been cleaned and detailed. This smell continued for days followed by a leak evident on the ground. We contacted Len at Mercedes and he had my car booked in ASAP to be looked at as well as having a loaner car ready for me to use (so helpful). It turned out to be a small crack that was leaking coolant. Mercedes fixed the problem and covered 100% of the cost. I can't thank the staff enough for their exceptional service, if you are looking for a new or used car I highly recommend stopping in at Mercedes-Benz Kamloops!

Above and Beyond is how I would describe our experience with Zimmer Autosport Mercedes-Benz. We dealt with Blake Eggen, Len Anderson, Darla Zimmer, and Marina Grandinetti Redmile. I would give them a 5+; they were so fun and easy to deal with - no pressure in sales and we were able to get a GLA 250 4Matic in the "Cosmos Black Metalllic" colour that we wanted. I highly recommend checking them out and test driving a Mercedes Benz - you will not be disappointed! As a matter of fact once you drive one you will be hooked, thanks again! Great service!
