The staff is always there for my needs.
I recently purchased a used car from Mercedes-Benz Kamloops and was super impressed with my service. Right from the test drive, to the day I picked up my car which I might add was the fastest signing of papers I have ever experienced! All of the staff are organized, friendly and so helpful. Norm took time to walk me through the whole car, set up my phone through Bluetooth and made me feel confident in my new car driving it off the lot.
I had noticed a bit of a burning smell once I had parked it in my garage and thought it was probably cleaners or such burning off as my car had been cleaned and detailed. This smell continued for days followed by a leak evident on the ground. We contacted Len at Mercedes and he had my car booked in ASAP to be looked at as well as having a loaner car ready for me to use (so helpful). It turned out to be a small crack that was leaking coolant. Mercedes fixed the problem and covered 100% of the cost.
